Zachary J. Restuccia

Founder and attorney Zachary J. Restuccia, Esq., fights for your American Dream and helps you to preserve your legacy for you and your family. He believes in the personal touch and white glove treatment for each and every client. He strives to build rapport and a personal relationship with every client in the hopes of building a foundation of trust.
Zach is a family man whose paternal grandfather’s family immigrated from Sicily he was the first Restuccia born in the United States.
His paternal grandmother’s family immigrated from France and his maternal grandparents immigrated from Ireland, England, and Scotland. Zach’s wife is an immigrant from Brazil. Both of his grandfathers served in the Korean War. Zach lives with his wife, daughter, and rescue dog.

Zach, also a patriot and a man of faith. Rooted in Christian values, he firmly believes in the dignity of all people and that America should continue to be a beacon of home for the entire world where people can come for a better life for themselves and their family. He works with his clients to achieve their American dream and helps them preserve what they’ve worked so hard to achieve to pass on to their family. Maria Carolina Restuccia

Maria Carolina Restuccia, Brazilian, married, graduated with a law degree, born in the city of Joinville - Santa Catarina, Brazil, at the age of seven she moved to the coastal city of Laguna, also in the southern region of Brazil where she grew up and studied. She attended first and second degrees at Fundacao Bradesco, an excellent educational institution created by the founder of Banco Bradesco, Amador Aguiar, as well as graduating in 2017 in Law from UNISUL - University of Southern Santa Catarina.
After graduating, she immigrated to the United States of America in 2018 where she lived in the town of Ipswich with family until her wedding to Dr. Zachary J. Restuccia. She has experience in the areas of civil, criminal, tax in Brazil and now immigration law in the United States.

She worked at the Civil Police Station for the District of Laguna as a paid intern, took a public exam to join the City Hall of Laguna, being approved and assigned to work at the Forum of the District of Laguna where she worked with tax processes in that municipality plus others in the area. On American soil, she performed several roles until her marriage to a legal practitioner where she began her journey in immigration law alongside her husband, American Immigration Specialist, Dr. Zachary J. Restuccia, with Freedom Law, LLC.
